MyInvoices collects absolutely no personal data. We do not track you, we do not send anything to any server, and we have no way of seeing anything you enter into the app.
MyInvoices is an iOS app developed and published as an independent app. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your information.
We collect no data whatsoever. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other information from you or your device.
All information you enter into MyInvoices — your name, email, bank details, client names, time entries, and invoices — is stored exclusively in local storage on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework and iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device through the app.
MyInvoices does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. There are no third parties receiving any data through the app.
The only external service the app communicates with is Apple's App Store (StoreKit) solely to verify your in-app purchase. This communication is handled entirely by Apple's own frameworks and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
MyInvoices does not use iCloud sync. However, if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone (via iOS Settings), Apple may include the app's local data in your device backup. This is controlled entirely by you and Apple — the app itself does not initiate or control any iCloud activity.
When you export an invoice as a PDF and choose to share it (via email, AirDrop, or another app), that file is shared by you, under your control, using iOS's standard share sheet. MyInvoices has no involvement in or visibility of where you send that file.
MyInvoices does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is intended for use by adults conducting professional invoicing activity.
If we ever change our data practices, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Since we collect no data today, any future change that introduces data collection would be a significant update and will be communicated clearly.
